Description: This open-enrollment class teaches you how to plan, build, and validate best-in-class FlexSim models—starting with the essentials and finishing with the tools seasoned analysts rely on for deep-dive experiments. Working through hands-on labs and real-world case studies, you’ll master everything from dragging 3-D objects onto the canvas to orchestrating complex, data-driven logic with Process Flow and the Experimenter. By the end of the course, you’ll be able to create insightful dashboards, run “what-if” scenarios, and present a clear ROI to stakeholders.
