Autodesk FeatureCAM, from the beginning, was incredibly easy to install and begin leveraging. In addition, NexGenCAM has provided training that allows a new programmer, with a new seat of software, to be up and running parts within a week. NexGenCAM also provides a large library of continuing educational Best Practices classes which our programmers can have access to 24/7.
Business Outcome
Since adopting Autodesk FeatureCAM we have become better, faster, and more effective in our industry. As we grow and add programmers we can simply add a new license and within a couple of days be producing parts. We also can leverage NexGenCAM’s support ticketing system to receive fast technical support for any aspect of our software or post processors.
